About the Program
Podium is a new career development program for young, emerging top-level classical performers embarking on a professional career as a soloist and creator. The program is a partnership between between Talent Norge and leading professionals in the classical music field, financially supported by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB.
Podium, in close collaboration with leading orchestras and festivals, endeavours to create opportunities for exposure and invaluable experience for the emerging artists. Additionally, the participants will be offered meetings and workshops with leading figures in the industry to gain knowledge and expand their network. Podium provides tailored follow-up throughout the two-year period, including highest level mentors and individual coaching from Talent Norway.

Podium is not only an unique opportunity for the participant, but also an investment in the entire Norwegian music scene. These young artists will most likely contribute as guiding stars for the field in years to come.
